A 38-litre carry-on, built around 14oz cotton canvas from a single mill in northern Portugal. Vegetable-tanned leather handles, brass hardware, raw seam allowance left on the inside so the bag ages honestly.

Canvas and leather from three mills and one tannery within 200 km of the workshop. No air freight.
Cut
Each panel is cut by hand from a paper pattern. One pattern, one bag. The seams are visible on purpose.
Stitched
Sewn on industrial walking-foot machines. Double-stitched on every stress point. Bonded nylon thread.
Signed
Every bag is finished, stamped with a number, and packed in a cotton dust bag by the same person who cut it.
